Before asking LewdChat to delete an account, save the billing information you need and deal with any applicable renewal. Then send the deletion request from the email used to register. The current FAQ says the account, chats and generated images are deleted within 30 days; it also explains that some purchase records remain for legal accounting requirements.
That published process is more specific than “close the browser and everything is gone.” It still is not evidence that any particular account has been deleted. Treat the support acknowledgement and later confirmation as your own record of completion.
Decide what you want removed
A useful request names the account and asks for account deletion, rather than simply saying “cancel.” That word can refer to a paid renewal, a single order or the entire account. Separating those intentions reduces avoidable back-and-forth.
If you only want to stop paying, complete the relevant renewal cancellation first. If you want to leave the service entirely, make that explicit after preserving receipts. The FAQ distinguishes non-renewing crypto plans from some monthly renewing Telegram Stars plans, so use the rule for your payment method.
Do not put intimate conversation excerpts into the request unless they are genuinely needed to identify a problem. The account email, username and transaction reference usually describe an account much more directly than a private story transcript.
Save a small exit folder
Create a local folder containing only records worth retaining:
- A receipt or invoice reference for each unresolved purchase.
- The plan term and any cancellation confirmation.
- The dates and references of existing support conversations.
- Any text you personally wrote and want to keep for your own use.
A deletion checklist is not a reason to export every private conversation into an unprotected shared folder. If another person uses the device or its cloud backup, consider whether the new copy is less private than the account you are leaving.
The current terms provide generated replies and images for personal, non-commercial use. Saving something for a personal archive should not be treated as permission to republish or sell it. Keep billing records and creative output in separate folders so a later support email does not accidentally attach the latter.
Understand what happens to credits
LewdChat’s terms say coins and gems have no cash value, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and are forfeited when the account closes. A remaining balance therefore is not a bank balance waiting to be withdrawn.
That does not mean you should spend money or rush through unwanted activity before leaving. Decide whether keeping the account temporarily serves a real purpose. If you are pursuing a payment problem, preserve the balance and transaction evidence first, and ask support what information it needs.
Do not promise yourself that a deletion request will produce a refund. Account erasure and purchase disputes are different processes, and the current terms generally exclude refunds subject to applicable legal rights.
Write a clear request
A concise message can say:
Please delete the LewdChat.ai account associated with this email address, including its chats and generated images. Please confirm receipt, the expected completion date, and any categories of records that must be retained. My username is [username]. I have separately addressed any renewing subscription.
Replace the placeholders yourself. Send it from the registered address to the contact currently listed in the official FAQ or privacy policy. The inspected pages identify [email protected]. Recheck the address on the official site if you use this guide much later.
Keep the message and its date. Avoid repeated requests containing more personal information each time; refer to the original request if following up.
Read the completion response carefully
The privacy policy distinguishes account/chat data from security logs and legally required purchase records. It describes security logs as kept for 90 days. A statement that an account was removed therefore should not automatically be rewritten as “the provider retains no information about me.”
If the response is vague, ask which data was deleted and which record categories remain. A provider’s answer is still an operator statement, not an independent inspection of its systems, but it gives you a concrete record.
Finish by removing unneeded local screenshots, signing out on shared devices and keeping the minimal billing evidence required for your own records. Deleting a service account should reduce scattered private copies, rather than create a new collection of them.
